Terms of Service

Using River
River is a networking CRM for students building relationships in finance recruiting. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for using it in a way that respects the privacy of the people you're tracking — for example, only storing contact information you're entitled to hold and use for outreach purposes.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Connected inboxes
If you connect Gmail, you authorize River to read and sync messages using the permissions you grant. River does not send email through the connected-account APIs; email drafts are handed off to your email client for you to review and send. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't use River to send unsolicited bulk email, to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability
River is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as the product evolves.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of River after a change means you accept the updated terms.
